* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Delbert Greiwe
Delbert G. Greiwe, 86, New Bremen, died at 5:23 a.m. March 3, 2011, at his residence.
He was born March 1, 1925, in Mercer County, to Homer F. and Irene Rump Greiwe. On Jan. 15, 1947, he married Ruby Davis, who survives.
Also surviving are two children, Gary (Judy) Greiwe and Jayne (John) Schoonover, all of Findlay; a sister, Jean (Dave) Waterman, New Bremen; two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a brother, Donald Greiwe; and a grandson.
He attended Living Hope Assembly of God in St. Marys and was a 1943 graduate of New Bremen High School. He was engaged in farming.
Funeral services are 2 p.m. Sunday at Gilberg-Hartwig Funeral Home in New Bremen, the Rev. Randy McKinney officiating. Burial will follow at Willow Grove Cemetery in New Bremen.
Calling is noon-2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
