* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Rose Kohne
Rose B. Kohne, 96, Minster, died Feb. 19, 2011, at Otterbein in St. Marys.
She was born May 10, 1914, in Maria Stein to John and Regina Braun Meinerding. On May 10, 1941, she married August Kohne, who died March 24, 1984.
Surviving are three children, Becky (Richard) Poeppelman, Fort Loramie, Daniel (Vicki) Kohne, Lyndon Station, Wisc., and Richard Kohne, St. Marys; a sister, Sister Regina Meinerding, St. Charles, Mo.; two sisters-in-law, Marie Meinerding, Fort Loramie, and Rita Meinerding, St. Marys; nine grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Also deceased is a son, Robert Kohne; a sister, Alvira Braun; and three brothers, Wes, Ivo and Ralph Meinerding.
She was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church in Minster, a member of the St. Monica Ladies Sodality and The Catholic Ladies of Columbia of the church. She was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles 1391 Ladies Auxiliary of Minster. She retired from the former Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company of St. Marys after 20 years.
Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. Rick Nieberding officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling 4-8 p.m. Tuesday and 9-9:30 a.m. Wednesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Minster.
Memorials may be made to the Grand Lake Hospice.
