* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Helen Wimmers
Helen C. Wimmers, 95, Centerville, died Feb. 12, 2011, at St. Leonard's Health and Rehabilitation Center in Centerville.
She was born Dec. 13, 1915, in St. Henry to Ben and Rose Boeckman Wimmers.
Surviving is a sister, Vera (Don) Winkeljohn, Celina; two sisters-in-law, Dolores Wimmers, St. Henry, and Edna Wimmers, Dayton; and a brother-in-law, John Cron, Celina.
Deceased are four brothers, Mark, Alfred, Victor and Leo Wimmers; and three sisters, Bernadette Wimmers, Rose Cron and Mary Budde.
She worked for the federal government for many years before she graduated from the University of Dayton in 1959. She entered the Marianist Order of Sisters in San Antonio, Texas, where she taught as a Marianist nun and later as a public school teacher. She was an assistant director at Marycrest Hall at the University of Dayton.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Thursday at St. Leonard's chapel. Burial will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at St. Henry Catholic Cemetery in St. Henry.
Calling is 9:45-10:30 a.m. Thursday at the chapel.
Memorials may be made to the St. Leonard Benevolent Fund in Helen's memory.
Arrangements are being handled by Hogenkamp Funeral Home in St. Henry.
