* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

The St. Marys Board of Education approved the hiring of Greg Phillips to be the Roughriders' new high school varsity football coach. Phillips has 25 years of coaching experience, the last five as a head coach at Oak Hill.
