* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Betty Heitman
Betty L. Heitman, 83, Anna, died at 9:06 p.m. Feb. 7, 2011, at Wilson Memorial Hospital in Sidney.
She was born May 2, 1927, in Botkins, to Kenneth and Melva Koons Hamp. On April 25, 1945, she married Raymond Heitman, who survives.
Also surviving are eight children, Pat (Jim) Albers, Minster, Vickie (Jack) Albers, Celina, Kathy (Keith) Coy, Sidney, Becky Dirksen, Greenville, Steve (Teri) Heitman, Wapakoneta, Mike (JoAnn) Heitman, Anna, Doug (Becky) Heitman, Houston, and Tim (Melissa) Heitman, Anna; two sisters, Burnell Kellemeyer, St. Marys, and Marilyn (Adlie) Hedges, Portland, Ind.; 25 grandchildren and 37 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are three siblings, Melvin Hamp, Delores Allenbaugh and Raymond Hamp.
She was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in McCartyville and the Ladies Sodality of the Church.
Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Friday at the church, the Rev. John Tonkin officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Thursday and 8:30-9:30 a.m. Friday at the church.
