* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Ruth Lecklider
Ruth I. Deniston Lecklider, 91, St. Marys, died at 3:20 p.m. Feb. 6, 2011, at the Golden Living Center in St. Marys.
She was born Jan. 17, 1920, in Spencerville, to Glenn and Marie Sagar Deniston. On Feb. 9, 1940, she married Guy R. Kennedy, who died Oct. 23, 1966. On June 29, 1968, she married Bill K. Lecklider, who died March 30, 1995.
Surviving is a son, Jim (Moria) Kennedy, Arkansas; three daughters, Cheryl (Keith) Hoch, North Carolina, Tarra Brummel, Texas, and Linda (Rick) Gates, Celina; a sister-in-law, Carol Deniston, Westerville; 11 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren and a great-great grandchild.
Also deceased is a sister, Hazel June; and a brother, Richard Deniston.
She was a 1939 graduate of Spencerville High School. She was a member of the Wayne Street United Methodist Church in St. Marys. She worked at Home Banking Company, Jerry's Leather Shop, K Mart and was a secretary at Premium Auto Sales in Celina.
Private family services will be held at a later date. Burial will be at Elm Grove Cemetery in St. Marys.
Arrangements are being handled by Cisco Funeral Home in St. Marys.
