* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Larry Krogman
Larry D. "Frog" Krogman, 67, Mendon, died Jan. 27, 2011, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital in St. Marys.
He was born Aug. 31, 1943, in Lima to Glenn and Margaret Sawmiller Krogman. His father is deceased and his mother survives in Mendon. On Aug. 27, 1967, he married Linda Sexauer, who survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Terry Krogman, Mendon, and David (Marcia) Krogman, Mendon; a brother, Jerry Krogman, St. Marys; and a granddaughter.
He worked as an engineer/mechanic at the former Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company in St. Marys for 30 years. He was a 1961 graduate of the former Mendon-Union High School and had attended Mendon United Methodist Church. He also was a member of the Porch Dogs Club of Mendon, the Van Wert Area Cushman Club, the St. Marys Eagles Lodge, the Spencerville Veterans of Foreign Wars Post and the Shanes Masonic Lodge of Rockford.
Funeral services are 10 a.m. Monday at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home in Mendon, the Rev. Don Clinger officiating. Burial is at Mendon Cemetery.
Calling is 1-6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the Cancer Association of Mercer County.
