* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Former Marion Local athletic director Stan Wilker, left, accepts an honorary plaque in recognition of his service leading the Flyers' athletic department for 32 years from former boys basketball coach Keith Westrick between the varsity and jayvee contests on Friday night. Marion Local's athletic teams won 37 Midwest Athletic Conference championships and nine state titles during Wilker's tenure.
