Ryne Moots, 16, of St. Marys, shoots baskets in one of the gyms at the Auglaize Mercer Counties YMCA North Branch near Celina on Wednesday evening. Local residents may be staying inside the next few days as temperatures drop. Winds are predicted at 20-35 mph tonight, creating a wind chill of 6 to -16 degrees, according to local weather forecaster Dennis Howick. Friday's high is 15.
