* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Robert Huelskamp
Robert Bernard Huelskamp, 77, Georgetown, Texas, died Dec. 19, 2010.
He was born May 30, 1933, in Minster to Raymond Peter and Eleanorea Elizabeth Watercutter Huelskamp. On Oct. 26, 1957, he married Janet Margaret Albers, who survives.
Also surviving are three daughters, Kay (Randy) Overholser, Monroe, Wash., Christine (Rocky) Rainbolt, Plano, Texas, and Susan Longley, Euless, Texas; two siblings, Virgil (Lee) Huelskamp, Carpentaria, Calif., and Shirley (Conrad) Rell, Blythe, Ga.; a brother-in-law, the Rev. Thomas Albers; and four grandchildren.
Deceased is a son-in-law, Robert Longley.
He graduated from Minster High School in 1951 and from the University of Dayton in 1955 with a bachelor's of science in accounting. He was a CPA and partner with Henz, Hawk and Huelskamp Inc., retiring in 2000. He also served in the U.S. Army from 1956-1958. He was a member of the Ohio Society of CPA's. He was a member of St. Helen's Catholic Church in Georgetown, serving as an eucharistic minister. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and Kiwanis Club. He also was a mentor for the Georgetown Independent School District.
Funeral Mass was Dec. 22 at St. Helen's Catholic Church. A memorial Mass and burial with full military honors will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Augustine Cemetery in Minster.
