* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Rosella Eilerman
Rosella Louise Varno Eilerman, 90, Fort Loramie, died Dec. 25, 2010.
She was born April 21, 1920, to Henry and Louise Romie Varno. On June 20, 1942, she married Albert Paul Eilerman, who died July 20, 1993.
Surviving are five children, Ellen (Roger) Borchers, Franklin, Tenn., James (Gretchen) Eilerman, Fort Loramie, Mark (Janice) Eilerman, Monroe, N.C., Diane (Lawrence) Martino, Versailles, and Doris (Terry) Ward, Sidney; a daughter-in-law, Millie Eilerman, Fort Loramie; two sisters, Angela Raterman, Botkins, and Henrietta Thobe, Sidney; two sisters-in-law, Alice Varno, Sidney, and Fredonia Varno, Sidney; 16 grandchildren; six stepgrandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren.
Also deceased is a son, Richard Eilerman; seven siblings, Sylvester, Leonard, LaVerne, Ralph, Dorothy, Louis and Lester Varno; two brothers-in-law, Vincent Raterman and Victor Thobe; and two step-grandchildren.
She attended St. Michael Catholic Church in Fort Loramie. She was a member of St. Ann's Ladies Sodality and a promoter for Apostleship of Prayer. She was a member of Happy Homemakers and was a Heritage Manor Volunteer. She was also a homemaker and a farmer. She published a macramé instruction book and made rosaries for missions and deployed military.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. Steven Shoup officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 3-8 p.m. Tuesday and 9-10 a.m. Wednesday at Gehret Funeral Home in Fort Loramie.
Memorials may be left to her sponsored child from Haiti or Wilson Hospice Care.
