* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Avo Padgett
Avo A. Padgett, 92, Celina, died at 11:45 a.m. Dec. 15, 2010, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
She was born Aug. 20, 1918, in Wilder, Tenn., to Dewey and Sadie Dodson Todd. On June 28, 1933, she married A.G. Padgett, who died Nov. 2, 1990.
Surviving are eight sons, R.T. Padgett, Monterey, Tenn., Roy (Wanza) Padgett, Dunkirk, Ind., Don (Kathy) Padgett, Bluffton, Ind., Millard Padgett, Tenn., Sam Padgett, Celina, John (Sherry) Padgett, Parker Cite, Ind., David (Rose) Padgett, Hartford City, Ind., and Jimmy Padgett, Dunkirk, Ind.; six daughters, Ruth (Minnis) Vaughn, Monterey, Tenn., Ada (Junior) Masters, Mayland, Tenn., Mary Vaughn, Tenn., Darlene Padgett, Tenn., Trish (Rick) Brosher, Celina, Ethel (Paul) Lester, Yorktown, Ind.; two sisters, Lorene McClain and Louise Renfro; and one brother, Edward Todd; 44 grandchildren; 66 great-grandchildren; and 11 great-great-grandchildren.
Also deceased are five children, Lee Carl, Ella, Della, A.G. and Agnes; one sister, Ova Sangster; and two brothers, J.D. Todd and Inez Clark.
She was a homemaker and a member of Abounding Grace Ministries, Celina.
Funeral services are 10 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. Rick Brosher officiating. Burial is at 2 p.m. Saturday at Elm Ridge Cemetery, Muncie, Ind.
