* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Dora Carter
Dora M. Carter, 91, Van Wert, died at 11:40 a.m. Dec. 15, 2010, at Van Wert County Hospital.
She was born Sept. 21, 1919, in Celina to William and Emma Pauline Curry. In 1939, she married Raymond L. Carter, who died in 1969.
Surviving are two sons, Larry (Betty Sheets) Carter, Bryan, and Thomas (Anita Vogt) Carter, Fort Wayne, Ind.; and four grandchildren.
Deceased are four sisters, Florence Sebring, Mabel Elder, Catherine Ballinger and Thelma Coby; and two brothers, Richard Curry and Wilbur Curry.
She worked at the former Aeroquip Corporation before retiring in 1984 after 30 years of service. She was a member of the Ladies Retirement Club of Aeroquip, the Van Wert Ladies Bowling Association and a former member of the Ladies Tuesday Nite Golf League.
Services are 11 a.m. Tuesday at Brickner Funeral Home in Van Wert, the Rev. Paul W. Miller officiating. Burial is at Woodland Cemetery in Van Wert.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
