* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Helen Fahncke
Helen L. Fahncke, 91, Celina, died at 5:22 p.m. Dec. 9, 2010, at the Otterbein St. Marys Retirement Community in St. Marys.
She was born on Dec. 24, 1918, in Celina to Walter and Sadie Meyers Sielschott. On Nov. 11, 1944, she married Martin Fahncke, who survives in St. Marys.
Also surviving are two daughters, Sharon Stonerock, Hamler, and Barbara (Duane) Baker, Powell; two sisters, Dorothy (Robert) Johnston, Van Wert, and Bernice (Max) Roebuck, Rockford; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a brother and his wife, Edgar and Louis Sielschott.
She was a graduate of Celina High School in 1936. She was a member of the St. John Lutheran Church in Celina and served as the secretary for the church council and taught Sunday school. She was a secretary and bookkeeper for Carrol Stubbs Insurance Agency and Ed Hoenie Realty and was the executive secretary for Heckler Electric, all of Celina.
Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. John Lutheran Church in Celina, the Rev. Dave Rushton officiating. Burial is at North Grove Cemetery in Celina.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church.
Memorials may be made to the St. John Lutheran Seminary Fund or the Otterbein St. Marys Life Enrichment Center.
