* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday morning and evening commutes.

Julia Reed
Julia Lou Reed, 80, Celina, died at 5 p.m. Dec. 9, 2010, at Joint Township Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
She was born Dec. 30, 1929, in Jellico, Tenn., to Artemis and Maggie Head. On Oct. 20, 1945, she married Herbert Mack Reed, who died Aug. 12, 2007.
Surviving are three daughters, LouAnn (Thomas) Hough, Banner, Ky., Lynda (Michael) Pissos, Lima, and Patricia (Paul) Mack, Celina; 12 grandchildren and 39 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are five brothers, James, Roy and Thomas Edward Worley and Curtis and Gaylor Head.
She was a homemaker, worked at Goodyear Rubber Company, St. Marys, and retired from Huffy Bicycles, Celina. She was a member of Abounding Grace Church of God, Celina.
Services are 11 a.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. Brick Brosher officiating. Burial is at Resthaven Memory Gardens, St. Marys.
Calling is 2-6 p.m. Sunday and 10-11 a.m. Monday at the church.
