* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Marilyn Blew
Marilyn L. Blew, 78, Celina, died at 4:10 a.m. Dec. 2, 2010, at Laurels of Shane Hill in Rockford.
She was born July 26, 1932, in Celina to Richard and Lovetta Betty Adams Fell. On Nov. 28, 1953, she married Robert Blew, who survives.
Also surviving is a son, Gary (Sally) Blew, Hamilton, Mich.; a brother-in-law, Bill (Ann) Blew, Lima; and a sister, Sharon (Larry) Pingry, Celina.
She retired from JC Penney and was a 1950 graduate of Celina High School.
Funeral services are 11 a.m. Saturday at Cisco Funeral Home in Celina, the Rev. Richard Van Horn officiating. Burial is at Swamp College Cemetery in Celina.
Calling is 5- 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the State of the Heart Hospice.
