* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Norma Wenning
Norma C. Wenning, 85, Coldwater, died at 4:45 a.m. Nov. 25, 2010, at Briarwood Village in Coldwater.
She was born Nov. 4, 1925, in Wendelin, to Stephen and Agnes Fiely Evers. On May 21, 1949, she married Paul Wenning, who died Oct. 23, 1987.
Surviving are two sons, Steve (Kimberly) Wenning, Sidney, and Charles (Carol) Wenning, Coldwater; five brothers, Paul (Rogene) Evers, St. Marys, Melvin (Mary) Evers, Fort Recovery, Joan (Ernest) Wenning, New Bremen, Eileen (Cyril) Delzeith, St. Henry, and Eugene (Ann) Evers, St. Henry; three sisters-in-law, Gwenda Wenning, Celina, Agnes Wenning, Huber Heights, and Viola Miller, Fort Recovery; two grandchildren and a great-grandson.
She was a member of the Holy Trinity Catholic Church, St. Ann's Ladies Sodality and the Eagles Auxiliary, all of Coldwater.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the church, the Rev. Barry Stechshulte officiating. Burial is at St. Elizabeth Cemetery in Coldwater.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Monday and 9-10 a.m. Tuesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Coldwater.
