* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

John Subler
John F. "Jack" Subler, 72, Frenchtown, died at 6 a.m. Nov. 23, 2010, at his home.
He was born Jan. 29, 1938, in Versailles, to John Glen and Ruth McEldowney Subler. On Sept. 12, 1959, he married Emily Barhorst, who survives.
Also surviving are two daughters, Mary Buckingham, Versailles, and Theresa (Terry) Haines, Frenchtown; two sons, Michael (Bonnie) Subler and Kenneth Subler, all of Yorkshire; a brother, Richard (Martha) Subler, New Bremen; 12 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a daughter, Sharon Monnier; a sister, Jean Braun; and a great-grandson.
He was a refrigeration mechanic at Subler Transfer,and worked at Pohl Transportation and Classic Carriers, all in Versailles. He served in the U.S. Army and was stationed in Korea. He was a member of the Holy Family Catholic Church in Frenchtown.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. David Vincent officiating. Burial with military graveside services by the Versailles Veteran's Honor Guard is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Friday and 9-10 a.m. Saturday at Bailey Zechar Funeral Home in Versailles.
Memorials may be made to the State of the Heart Hospice or a charity of the donor's choosing.
