* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Norbert Gerlach
Norbert B. "Nub" Gerlach, 86, St. Henry, died at 11:25 p.m. Nov. 18, 2010, at Briarwood Village in Coldwater.
He was born Aug. 13, 1924, in Burkettsville, to Bernard and Katherine Bruggeman Gerlach. On Aug. 21, 1948, he married Dorothy "Dot" Overman, who survives.
Also surviving are four sons, Ken (Joyce) Gerlach, Tom (Mary Beth) Gerlach and Rick (Jody) Gerlach, all of St. Henry, and Jack (Ellen) Gerlach, Celina; a sister-in-law, Della Gerlach, St. Henry; 14 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a son, Paul Gerlach; sisters Rita Schindler and Alvina Gerlach; and brothers Arthur, Ott and Ed Gerlach.
He was a member of St. Henry Catholic Church and a former member of Coldwater VFW, St. Henry American Legion and the Mercer County Elks. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He worked at the former Avco New Idea in Coldwater.
Funeral Mass was 10:30 a.m. today at the church, the Rev. Benedict Magabe officiating. Burial with military honors was at St. Henry Cemetery.
Hogenkamp Funeral Home in St. Henry handled arrangements.
