* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Rick Herron
Rick L. Herron, 62, Wapakoneta, died at 1:46 p.m. Nov. 16, 2010, at St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima.
He was born Sept. 9, 1948, in Lima, to Murrell and Alice Agle Herron. On Dec. 17, 1998, he married Leslie Franks, who survives.
Also surviving are three children, Christine (Jimmy) Walling, Fort Knox, Ky., Natasha Stephenson, Wapakoneta, and Seth Stephenson, New Knoxville; five siblings, Rosalyn (Bill) Strahm, Pine Island, Fla., David (Lou) Herron, Wapakoneta, Maurice (Ruth) Herron, New Weston, Amanda (Chuck) Ford, Salem, Ala. and Frank (Lois) Herron, Celina; and two grandchildren.
He worked as a chiropractor in Wapakoneta since 1979. He was a graduate of Wapakoneta Senior High School, Santa Ana City College in California and was a 1978 graduate of the Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. He also attended Ohio Northern University in Ada. He was a U.S. Marine Corps Veteran and served in the Vietnam War as a jet aircraft electrician. He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post #8445 Wapakoneta, the Fort Recovery Lodge #539, F& AM and the Shawnee Long Rifle Club.
Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Bayliff and Eley Funeral Home in Wapakoneta, the Rev. Jeanette Tangeman officiating.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Military rites by the Wapakoneta V.F.W. will be held Saturday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the USO or a charity of the donor's choice.
