* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Linda Huber
Linda K. Huber, 61, Celina, died Nov. 13, 2010, at her home.
She was born Sept. 5, 1949, in Muncie, Ind., to Tolson and Hazel Fryman Grant, who are deceased. On July 7, 1973, she married Gary L. Huber, who died Oct. 6, 2007.
Surviving is a son, Jerry (Andrea) Huber, New Bremen; a daughter, Catherine (Scott) Chilcoat, Celina; two brothers, Philip (Toy) Grant, Barstow, Calif., and Walter (Betty) Grant, Muncie, Ind.; six sisters, Dorothy Writtenhouse, Muncie, Ind., Nancy (Ed) Logan, California, Marty Grant, Washington, Phyllis (John) Butler, Matthews, Ind., Tudy Porticello, South Dakota, and Becky (Philip) Rutherford, Arizona; and seven grandchildren.
Also deceased are two brothers, Lefty and Raymond Grant.
She was a graduate of New Castle High School in New Castle, Ind. She worked at K-Mart in St. Marys for 31 years.
Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Cisco Funeral Home in Celina, the Rev. Philip Grant officiating. Burial is at North Grove Cemetery in Celina.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
