* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Sharon Gangwer
Sharon Y. Gangwer, 68, Rockford, died Nov. 12, 2010, at her residence following a lengthy illness.
She was born Dec. 28, 1941, in Rockford to Robert L. and Victoria A. Springer Gephart. On Feb. 14, 1965, she married Carl Gangwer, who survives.
Also surviving is one son, Michael D. Gangwer, Rockford; three brothers, Robert L. (Carol) Gephart, Portland, Tenn.; Dick (Mae) Gephart, Union City, Tenn.; and Randy Gephart, Rockford; three sisters, Norma Jean (Roger) Hawkins, Decatur, Ind; Karen Ward, Columbus; and Fran (Rolland) Miller, Rockford; a sister-in-law, Shirley (John) Bennett, Roundup, Mont.; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Deceased is an infant sister, Mary Carolyn Gephart.
She attended Praise Point Church in Willshire. She worked at General Electric in Decatur, Ind., for 26 years and then at Walmart in Van Wert for 20 years.
Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home, Rockford, the Rev. Mark Rutledge officiating. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery, Rockford.
Calling hours are 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Sunday and one hour prior to services Monday at the funeral home.
