* WHEN...From 6 AM to 6 PM EST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday morning and evening commutes.

Minster school district residents fill much of the middle school commons area Sunday night during a public meeting held to discuss the need for an income tax increase. A second public meeting takes place at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the middle school.
