* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Stanley Russell
Stanley "Sonny" E. Russell, 68, Cridersville, died at 9:35 a.m. Nov. 3, 2010, at his home.
He was born March 14, 1942, in Auglaize County to Stanley E. and Eva Foster Russell, Sr.
Surviving is a son, Tony Russell, St. Marys; a daughter, Pam Slife, St. Marys; a brother, Jerry Russell, Luverne, Ala.; two sisters, Mamie (Jack) Bayman, Luverne, Ala., and Sandy Youngs, St. Marys; and four grandchildren.
Deceased is a son, Brian Russell.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army where he served during Vietnam. He retired as a production employee at Superior Tube Co. in Wapakoneta.
Funeral rites are 1 p.m. Monday at Miller Funeral Home in St. Marys, the Revs. David K. Scott and Martin Ross co-officiating. Burial with graveside military rites are at Elm Grove Cemetery in St. Marys.
Calling is 5-8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
