* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Robert Bayne
Robert Elwood Bayne, 81, Celina, died Oct. 31, 2010, at St. Rita's Hospital in Lima.
He married Katherine White, who survives.
Also surviving are two sons, James Bayne, Mississippi, and Michael (Sheri) Bayne, Citra, Fla.; two step-daughters, Sue Miller, Centerville, and Chris Scott, Brookville; a brother, Clarence Bayne, Kettering; four grandchildren and two great-grandsons.
Deceased are five sisters and five brothers.
He was a U.S. Air Force Veteran during the Korean War and a member of the Veteran's of Foreign Wars Post in Coldwater. He worked for NCR and retired from Dayton Reliable Tool.
Funeral services are 2 p.m. Thursday at Tobias Funeral Home-Far Hills Chapel in Dayton, the Rev. Dewey Pope officiating. Burial is at David's Cemetery in Dayton.
Calling is 1-2 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
