* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Timothy Fraley
Timothy G. Fraley, 40, 423 N. Wayne St., St. Marys, died at 10:15 p.m. Oct. 28, 2010, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima, following a sudden illness.
He was born Aug. 5, 1970, in Hazard, Ky., to Ronnie and Connie Creech Fraley. His father and Lora Jane Fraley survive in London, S.C. His mother and Steven Fowler survive in St. Marys. On April 21, 1989, he married Tracy Weaver, who survives.
Other survivors are four children, Jordon Fraley, Celina, Chase Fraley, St. Marys, Mason Fraley, St. Marys, and Brittney Fraley, St. Marys; a brother, Derrick (Heather) Fraley, St. Marys; a sister, Carmelita Huelsmeyer, Celina; a father- and mother-in-law, Robert and Sherry Weaver, St. Marys; and a grandmother, Gladys Morris, Hazard, Ky.
He was a 1989 graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School and a U.S. Army veteran, having served for 16 years. He was stationed in Korea, Fort Hood and Fort Campbell and served two tours of duty in Iraq. He retired as a sergeant.
Services are 11 a.m. Tuesday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. Bill Maki officiating. Burial with military rites performed by an Army contingent from Fort Knox will take place at Resthaven Memory Gardens.
Calling is 5-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
