* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Donald Miller
Donald H. Miller, 83, Celina, died at 3:40 a.m. Oct. 28, 2010, at Briarwood Village in Coldwater.
He was born Dec. 17, 1926, in Celina, to Raymond B. and Mary Catherine Streacker Miller.
Surviving are a sister, Shirley Homan, Celina; and a sister-in-law, Linda Miller, Westerville.
Deceased are four brothers, Richard and Walter Miller; two infant brothers, Edward and Joseph Miller; and a brother-in-law, Frederick Homan.
He was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Celina and its Resurrection Choir. He raised Arabian Show Horses and was a past 4-H adviser for Riding and Roping. He retired as payroll clerk from Mersman Brothers Furniture in Celina.
Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. Ken Schnipke officiating. Burial is at St. Marys Catholic Cemetery in Celina.
Calling is 5-8 p.m. Friday and before 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina.
Memorials may be made to the I.C. Endowment Fund or State of the Heart Home Health and Hospice.
