Seagulls circle near a family visiting Grand Lake along Lake Shore Drive in Celina on Monday afternoon. Outdoor activities might not be a good idea today as wind speeds are expected to reach 25 to 35 mph with hurricane force gusts up to 60 mph. The National Weather Service issued a high wind warning through 8 p.m. today as a cold front moves east through the local area. A tornado watch also was issued for the area through 4 p.m.
