* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Lowell Weitz
Lowell E. Weitz, 79, Celina, died Sept. 27, 2010, at his home.
He was born April 2, 1931, in Mercer County, to Fred C. and Ina D. Woodruff Weitz. On June 26, 1960, he married Mary Jo Williams, who died Dec. 12, 2000.
Surviving are two daughters, Elizabeth Hardesty, Van Wert; and Christina Miller, Lima; two grandchildren and a great-grandson.
He served in the U.S. Army 107th Airborne Division 279th Army Band. He attended Bluffton College and graduated first in his class at Ohio Northern University. He received a masters degree from Ohio University, graduated summa cum laude with a Ph.D. from the Conservatory of Music at the University of Missouri, and received a bachelor of law Degree from LaSalle University in Chicago, Ill. He worked as an associate professor of music at Ohio University, the University of Missouri, and Ohio Northern University, and was a full professor and chairman of the division of fine arts at Summit Christian College in Fort Wayne, Ind.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Memorials can be made to the Allen County Dog Control Facility in Lima and Cat Haven c/o: Heidt Veterinary Hospital in Lima.
