* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Martha Dues
Martha E. Dues, 84, 2441 Philothea Road, Fort Recovery, died at 2:20 a.m. Sept. 25, 2010, at Briarwood Village, Coldwater.
She was born Oct. 5, 1925, in St. Peter to Henry and Rose Schuh Grieshop. On Sept. 24, 1947, she married Cletus "Dick" Dues, who died May 20, 1998.
Surviving are six sons, Ken (Jeanette) Dues, Fred (Marge) Dues and Frank (Beck) Dues, all of Fort Recovery, Joe (Sharon) Dues, Portland, Ind., Ted (Bev) Dues, Coldwater, and Danny Dues, Union City; two daughters, Sue (Mike) May, Fort Recovery, and Freda (Henry) Lochtefeld, Celina; five brothers, Jerry (Norma) Grieshop, Maurice (Jeanette) Grieshop and Louis (Charlene) Grieshop, all of Fort Recovery, John Grieshop, St. Johns, and Herb (Janice) Grieshop, Celina; a sister, Rosemary (Herb) Kaiser, Coldwater; 32 grandchildren; 45 great-grandchilderan; a sister-in-law, Doris Grieshop, Celina; and a brother-in-law, Fred Wilker, New Bremen.
Deceased are two grandchildren; a brother, Dennis Grieshop; and two sisters, Ruth Wilker and Laura Langenkamp.
She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, Philothea, and the Altar Rosary Sodality of the church.
Funeral Mass will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. Barry Stechschulte officiating. Burial will be in St. Marys Cemetery, Philothea.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Tuesday and 9-9:45 a.m. Wednesday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery.
