* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Norman Marchal
Norman J. Marchal, 82, Minster and formerly of St. Patrick, died at 3:45 p.m. Sept. 22, 2010, at St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima.
He was born on Sept. 30, 1927, in Frenchtown to Leo and Emma Treon Marchal. On Sept. 26, 1953, he married Esther Kramer, who survives.
Also surviving are six children, Deborah (Jim) Holthaus, Sidney, Dennis (Betty) Marchal, Fort Loramie, Norma (Gene) Knapke, New Bremen, Dan (Judy) Marchal, North Star, Tom (Lucy) Marchal, Cranberry Prairie, and Linda (Ron) Winner, Minster; five siblings, Paul (Vera) Marchal, Versailles, Dorothy Hatcher, Piqua, Thelma (Harold) Barhorst, St. Patrick, James (Eileen) Marchal, St. Paris, and MaDonna Partington, Troy; 25 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Deceased are three siblings, Francis "Jerry" Marchal, Mary Francis and Cordelia "Dolly" Watercutter.
He was a member of the St. Michael Catholic Church in Fort Loramie and a former member of the St. Patrick Catholic Church. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus in McCartyville, the Fraternal Order of Eagles Post 1391 in Minster and The Dayton Buckeye Model "A" Club. He retired from Superior Coach in Lima, Miller Meteor in Piqua and Monarch Tool in Sidney. He was a retired farmer and dealer in used cars. He also was the former owner of Norm's Body Shop in Piqua.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. Michael's Church in Fort Loramie, the Rev. Steven Shoup officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-7 p.m. Sunday and 9-10 a.m. Monday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Minster.
Memorials can be made to the Center for Neurological Development.
