* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Mary Perry
Mary H. Perry, 59, Celina, died at 5:30 a.m. Sept. 22, 2010, at The Laurels of Shane Hill in Rockford.
She was born July 16, 1951, in Fonde, Ky., to William Riley and Marie Barley Henderson. On Dec. 2, 1967, she married Bobby Perry, who survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Bobby Perry and Shawn Perry, both of Celina; a daughter, Jennifer (Jeff) Davis, Celina; two brothers, David (Connie) Henderson and Steve (Sherrie) Henderson, all of Celina; five sisters, Patsy McJunkin, Botkins, Wilma Abels, Celina, Diane Gerber, Sidney, Trish (Barry) Baucher, Celina, and Shelia (Steve) Humbert, Celina; 16 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Deceased are three sisters, Betty Rodriguez, Winnie Caldwell and Gracie Parker.
She worked as a homemaker and was a member of the New Start Community Fellowship in Celina. She also was a member of the Cleveland Assembly Church of God.
Funeral services are 11 a.m. Saturday at New Start Community Fellowship Church in Celina. Burial is at Resthaven Memory Gardens in St. Marys.
Calling is 1-3 p.m. and 4-6 p.m. Friday at the church.
Arrangements were handled by Cisco Funeral Home in Celina.
