* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Marvin Pearson
Marvin E. Pearson, 77, Fort Recovery, died at 1:52 p.m. Sept. 20, 2010, at Good Samaritan Hospital in Dayton.
He was born Feb. 23, 1933, in Jay County, Ind., to Ernest I. and Edna L. Hiatt Pearson. On June 20, 1953, he married Peggy Liggett, who survives in Union City, Ind.
Also surviving are a son, David Pearson, Columbus; three daughters, Toni (Bruce) Persinger, St. Marys, Marla (Robin) Tuma, Casper, Wyo., and Rhonda (Randy) Gaier, New Bremen; three brothers, Dale (Alice) Pearson, Portland, Ind., Jim (Janet) Pearson, Greenville, and Jerry (Harriet) Pearson, Fort Recovery; a son-in-law, Nick Johnsman, Celina; 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a daughter, Debra Johnsman.
He worked as a truck driver for the St. Anthony Feed Mill in St. Anthony and also was a farmer. He was a 1951 graduate of Fort Recovery High School and served in the U.S. Marine Corps during the Korean War. He was a member of the Rose Hill Country Church in Rose Hill.
Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home in Fort Recovery, the Revs. Don Brode and Andrew Adkins co-officiating. Burial is at Snyder Cemetery in Rose Hill.
Calling is 3-8 p.m. Wednesday and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
