* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Robert Fischer
Robert Lee Fischer, 80, Celina, died at 2:15 p.m. Sept. 18, 2010, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
He was born July 19, 1930, to Carl and Agnes Pottkotter Fischer. On May 30, 1953, he married Laura Lee Wellman, who survives in Celina.
Also surviving are six children, Michael Fischer, Cincinnati, Lorraine (Scott) Smith, Indianapolis, Ind., Dan Fischer, Cincinnati, Anna (Andrew) Martin, Fort Wayne, Ind., Tim Fischer and Kevin Fischer, both of Celina; a brother, John Fischer, Celina; a sister, Kay (Kenneth) Gayer, St. Marys; and four grandchildren.
He graduated from Immaculate Conception High School, Celina, and Coyne Electrical School in Chicago, Ill. He was a veteran of the Korean War where he served with the U.S. Navy on the U.S.S. Palau. He worked as an electrician and retired from the St. Marys Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company. He was a member of the American Legion Post 2510 and a life member and commander of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 5713, both of Celina. He also was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Celina.
Funeral Mass is noon Tuesday at the church, the Rev. Kenneth Alt officiating. Burial is at St. Marys Catholic Cemetery in Celina.
Calling is 10-11:30 a.m. Tuesday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina.
