* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Carol Batch
Carol A. Batch, 63, St. Marys, died Sept. 11, 2010, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital in St. Marys.
She was born Dec. 2, 1946, in Celina, to Edward and Mary Hagaman Bowersock.
Surviving are two sons, James Elsass, St. Marys, and Carl (Carolyn) Davis, Claremore, Okla.; two daughters, Carolyn (Lonnie) Sheffield, Dayton, and Sherri (Gary) Batch, Claremore, Okla.; two brothers, Edward (Catherine) Bowersock, Austin, Texas and Dale Bowersock, St. Marys; two sisters, Rhonda (Steve) Drummond, Gibsonton, Fla. and Tina Wycuff, St. Marys; 10 grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
Deceased is an infant son, Raymond Davis Jr.; a grandson, Thomas Pauls, and a niece, Christina Rae Drummond.
She was a graduate of Memorial High School in St. Marys. She worked as a cook at Rustic Haven.
A celebration of life service is 6 p.m. today at the restaurant.
