Work is nearing completion at Dairy Cone, located at 109 W. Logan St., Celina. Owners Kerry and Julia Roberts are pursuing $35,398 in improvements to the building, including masonry and facade work, a new roof and a gas line replacement. The Roberts received $18,213 in the city's downtown revitalization grant money for the work.
