* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Alice Noble
Alice Lantz Noble, 88, a resident of Otterbein St. Marys Retirement Community, died at 8:25 a.m. Sept. 3, 2010, at Otterbein.
She was born Sept. 27, 1921, in Gomer to Alpha and Huldah Augsburger Lantz. On June 19, 1941, she married Thomas Robinson, who died in July 1943. On Aug. 17, 1952, she married Norman Noble, who died March 9, 1986.
Surviving are three children, Judith (Jack) Haines, Lima, David (Mary Anne) Noble, Indianapolis, Ind., and Alice (Tom) Bates, St. Louis, Mo.; a brother, Melvin (Myra) Lantz, Columbus, Ind.; nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Deceased are three siblings, Opal Redinbo, Treva Bidwell and David Lantz.
She was a 1939 graduate of Sidney High School. She was a business manager of the family farm, a secretary for the Sidney City School superintendent and an office manger for an optometry practice. She was a member of the former First Presbyterian Church in St. Marys, the Shakespeare Club, Salem Grange and St. Marys Rock Club.
Funeral rites are 11 a.m. Saturday at Meyer Community Chapel at Otterbein St. Marys Retirement Community in St. Marys, the Rev. Carol Sainey officiating. Burial is at Elm Grove Cemetery in St. Marys.
Calling is 4-7 p.m. Friday at Miller Funeral Home in St. Marys and 9-11 a.m. Saturday at Otterbein in St. Marys.
