* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Mozell Isbell
Mozell Isbell, 81, Rockford, died at 3:05 p.m. Sept. 2, 2010, at Celina Manor.
She was born Sept. 10, 1928, in Fett, Ala., to Rayburn Howard and Trudie Kelly Davis. In 1948, she married Elvie Lawson Isbell, who died May 2, 1991.
Surviving are two sons, Tom Isbell, Wapakoneta, and Donald Isbell, Rossburg; five daughters, Joyce Winget, Celina, Diane (Rodney) Rodeheffer, Rossburg, and Shirley (Dan) Steiner, Sharlene (Bret) Jones and Judy Welch, all of Rockford; brothers and sisters; 17 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
She was a housewife.
Services are 1:30 p.m. Sunday at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home, Rockford, the Rev. Mark Rutledge officiating. Burial is at Neptune Cemetery.
Calling is 5-8 p.m. today and 12:30-1:30 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
