Scattered snow showers can be expected this morning along with westerly winds gusting to around 40 mph at times. Temperatures will continue to fall this morning, with readings dropping well below freezing.
Snow accumulations will be a half inch or less. This will result in some slick spots on untreated surfaces as well as bridges and overpasses. Please allow for some extra time to reach your destination this morning. Be prepared for changing road conditions as well as gusty winds.

A wind test tower stands in a field along Lange Road in Granville Township where it's been recording wind speeds for about a year. The company that owns the tower, NextEra, said wind speeds recorded so far are good and could lead to the creation of numerous turbines in the St. Henry, Maria Stein and Fort Recovery areas.
