* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Judy Smith
Judy Kay Smith, 55, Celina, died Sept. 1, 2010, at the Cleveland Clinic.
She was born July 17, 1955, in Celina to Bill and Evelyn Miller Springer. On May 15, 1976, she married Tom Smith, who survives.
Also surviving are a daughter, Laura (John) Whitmarsh, Cottonwood, Calif.; a sister, Rebecca (Alan) Dock, New Bremen; and a mother-in-law, Jean L. Smith, St. Marys.
She retired from Huffy and worked at Versa Pak. She was a member of the Grace Missionary Church in Celina. She also was a 1973 graduate of Celina High School and attended Wright State University-Lake Campus in Celina.
Services are 2 p.m. Sunday at Cisco Funeral Home in Celina. Burial is at Elm Grove Cemetery in St. Marys.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
