* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Jessalyn Heinfeldt
Jessalyn Heinfeldt, 94, New Bremen, died at 10:42 p.m. Aug. 27, 2010, at Otterbein of St. Marys.
She was born Jan. 13, 1916, in Wapakoneta to Albert and Mary J. Shawn Vorhees. On Aug. 13, 1938, she married Leroy A. Heinfeldt, who died Aug. 18, 1991.
Surviving are three children, David (Carol) Heinfeldt, Greensboro, Ga., James (Marlene) Heinfeldt, New Bremen, and Kathleen (Glenn) Doseck, Wapakoneta; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a great-grandson, Jessie Heinfeldt; five brothers, Venard, Albert "Bud," Carl, Vernon and Aaron Vorhees Jr.; and five sisters, Helen Vorhees, Violet Gross, Agnus Ellis, Patricia Plaugher and Rosalee Burden.
She was a member of St. Paul United Church of Christ in New Bremen and was a member of the Woodman of the World Camp 149 of New Bremen. She worked at the former Sieberling Latex Co. in New Bremen and at Miller's Textile of Wapakoneta.
Funeral services are 11 a.m. Tuesday at Gilberg-Hartwig Funeral Home in New Bremen, the Rev. Becky Erb Strang officiating. Burial is at the German Protestant Cemetery in New Bremen.
Calling is 10-11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Memorials can be made to Otterbein of St. Marys Activity Fund.
