* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Margaret McNamee
Margaret E. "Marge" McNamee, 88, St. Marys, died Aug. 15, 2010, at her home.
She was born March 23, 1922, in Payne, to William and Matilda Dittlinger Coughlin. On June 18, 1946, she married Raymond N. McNamee, who died in May 2004.
Surviving is a daughter, Barbara (Ronald) Dankert, Ann Arbor, Mich.; a son, Thomas McNamee, Upper Arlington; two brothers, Francis (Bonnie) Coughlin, Antwerp, and Donald (Sue) Coughlin, Payne; two sisters, Evelyn (Wayne) Copsey, Payne, and Patricia (Mike) Young, Lafayette; and three grandchildren.
Deceased is a son, Ronald McNamee; a daughter-in-law, Janet McNamee; and a brother, Joseph Coughlin.
She was a 1940 graduate of the former Payne High School. She and her husband owned and operated M&M Drycleaners in St. Marys. She served on the Central Committee of the Auglaize County Republican Party. She was a member of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church in St. Marys where she also was a member of its Altar Society, Legion of Mary and Friends of Holy Rosary. She worked at the Holy Rosary School cafeteria for 24 years. She was a life member of American Legion Post 323 Auxiliary, a member of the Progress Club and a Red Cross volunteer.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the church, the Rev. Anthony Cutcher officiating. Burial is at Gethsemane Cemetery in St. Marys.
Calling is 4-7 p.m. Wednesday with a Vigil service by Deacon Martin Brown at 7 p.m. at Miller Funeral Home in St. Marys.
