* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

William Metz
William L. Metz Jr., 64, St. Marys, died July 28, 2010, in Cheektowaga, N.Y.
He was born Nov. 14, 1945, in Lima to William L. and Mary Ellen Spees Metz Sr. His mother Mary Ellen Metz, survives in Wapakoneta. His father is deceased. On May 7, 1972, he married Kathy J. Borden, who survives.
Also surviving are three sons, Scott Metz, Bentonville, Ark., Daniel Metz, St. Marys, and Darby (Alisha) Metz, Wapakoneta; a daughter, Dara Metz, St. Marys; a sister, Judith Metz, Wapakoneta; and eight grandchildren.
Also deceased is his father-in-law, Lewis Borden, and his mother-in-law, Mary Borden.
He attended Wapakoneta Senior High School. He worked as a professional driver in the transportation of freight. He worked for Stahler Trucking Co. in Wapakoneta.
Funeral rites are 11 a.m. Monday at Miller Funeral Home in St. Marys, the Rev. Charles Richtmyer, officiating. Burial is at Greenlawn Cemetery in Wapakoneta.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Memorials can be made to the Lake Improvement Association "Save Grand Lake" Fund.
