* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Arthur Drees
Arthur P. Drees, 83, Minster, died at 1:10 p.m. July 26, 2010, at Good Samaritan Hospital in Dayton.
He was born Dec. 19, 1926, in Coldwater, to Bernard and Elizabeth Streacker Drees. On May 6, 1950, he married Rosalie Noonan Drees, who died March 15, 2009.
Surviving are nine children, James (Marion) Drees, San Angelo, Texas, Gregory (Linda) Drees, Amarillo, Texas, Emily (Jeff) Pence, Urbana, Diane (Dennis) Worthington, Sidney, Jerome Drees, Fort Jennings, Mary Sue (Luke) Muhlenkamp and Theresa (Allen) Muhlenkamp, Portland, Ind., John Drees, Minster, and Barbara Drees, Minster; a sister, Vera (Richard) Wuebker, Versailles; a sister-in-law, Ruth Drees, Coldwater; 29 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are four brothers, Ralph, Harold, Luke and Ivo Drees; four sisters, Henrietta Muhlenkamp, Leona Schoen, Olivia Wapplehorst and Marcella Wapplehorst; a grandchild and a great-grandchild.
He was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church, the Knights of Columbus, Fraternal Order of Eagles 1391, Veterans of Foreign Wars, American Legion and Minster Firing Squad, all of Minster. He was a veteran of World War II, where he served in the 82nd Airborne in Germany. He retired from the former Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company in St. Marys after 43 years.
Funeral services are 10 a.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. Louis Schmit officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-7 p.m. Sunday and 9-9:30 a.m. Monday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Minster.
