* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 4:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 12.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

Mark Kremer
Mark Kremer, 82, St. Henry, died July 20, 2010, at Mercer County Community Hospital in Coldwater.
He was born April 19, 1928, in Carthagena, to Anton and Mary Evers Kremer. On Nov. 23, 1948, he married Bernice Niekamp, who died Dec. 11, 2004.
Surviving are 12 children, Fred (Mary) Kremer and Gary (Ginny) Kremer, all of Maria Stein, Terry (Sue) Kremer, Roger (Deb) Kremer, Allan (Deb) Kremer, Deb Huelskmap, Jay (Michelle) Kremer and Doug (Deb) Kremer, all of St. Henry, Vicki (Tom) Siegrist, and Kay (Chuck) Overman, Fort Recovery, and Lois (Greg) Siefring and Lisa (Tom) Severt, Coldwater; 39 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, and a step- great-grandchild.
Also deceased are four brothers, Barney, Herman, Sebastian and Anthony Kremer; six sisters, Ann Albers, Alma Hemmelgarn, Hilda Albers, Erma Bruns, Dorothy Nagel and Rita Bruns; and five grandchildren.
He was a member of the St. Henry Catholic Church in St. Henry, and served as an usher for St. Aloysius Catholic Church in Carthagena. He was a Granville Township Trustee, and a member of the Athletic Boosters, Knights of Columbus and the Heritage Club, all of St. Henry, Mercer County Community Hospital Board of Trustees, and Coldwater Eagles #3025. He was also a founder of the Carthagena Recreation Corporation and a retired farmer.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Friday at St. Henry Catholic Church. Burial is at St. Aloysius Cemetery in Carthagena.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Thursday and 9-10 a.m. Friday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Coldwater.
