* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 17 below zero expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 11 AM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Cold wind chill will occur late tonight into Sunday morning.

Nelson Rupard Jr.
Nelson E. Rupard Jr., 47, St. Marys, died at 5 a.m. July 19, 2010, at his home.
He was born Jan. 18, 1963, in Dayton, to Nelson Eugene and Juanona Blair Rupard Sr. His father survives and his mother is deceased.
Also surviving is a daughter, Amanda Pak Rupard, St. Marys; two sisters, Deb (John) Kable, St. Marys, and Sonya Rupard, Celina, and a brother, Ronald (Brenda) Rupard, St. Marys.
Also deceased is a brother, Gregory Rupard; paternal grandparents Nelson and Katherine Rupard; and maternal grandparents, Ercil and Ella Blair.
He was a 1981 graduate of Memorial High School in St. Marys. He was Sgt. 1st Class in the military police for the United States Army. He was stationed at Fort McClellan in Alabama, where he was critcally injured in a motorcycle accident. He was a life member of the American Legion Post 323, the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 9289 and the Eagles Lodge Aerie #767, all of St. Marys. He also played drums in a band called "The Country Notes" before his injury. He participated in the Northwest Ohio Safari Club Handicapped Hunt.
Funeral rites are 11 a.m. Friday at Miller Funeral Home in St. Marys, the Rev. Judy Ball officiating. Burial with military honors is at Resthaven Memory Gardens near Moulton.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Memorials can be made to a fund to further his daughter's education.
