* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Luella McHugh
Luella Mae McHugh, 90, Ohio City, died at 12:25 p.m. July 13, 2010, at CHP Inpatient Hospice Center in Van Wert.
She was born Aug. 10, 1919, in Ohio City to Halder Baugest and Roxie Marie Clouse Woods. On Dec. 22, 1936, she married Thomas Sylvester McHugh Jr., who died Nov. 14, 1977.
Surviving are three sons, James (Catherine) McHugh, Decatur, Ind., Richard (Marilyn) McHugh, Van Wert, and Joseph McHugh, Ohio City; three sisters, Mary Tindall, San Francisco, Calif., Evelyn Kirchenbauer, Coldwater, and Ilo Ebright, Celina; 15 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandson.
Deceased are two children, Lloyd Russell McHugh and Betty Lucille Asbell; four brothers, Charlie, Elmer, Matthew and Eugene Woods; a sister, Cora Blanche Phillips; and three grandchildren.
She retired in 1981 from Federal Mogul in Van Wert after 30 years. She also was a member of the Calvary Evangelical Church in Van Wert.
Funeral services were 10 a.m. today at Cowan and Son Funeral Home in Van Wert, the Rev. W. Clark Williman officiated. Burial was at Woodlawn Cemetery in Ohio City.
Memorials can be made to CHP Inpatient Hospice Center.
