* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Daniel Wellman
Daniel C. Wellman, 57, Celina, died at 1:11 p.m. July 9, 2010, at Adams Memorial Hospital in Decatur, Ind.
He was born May 22, 1953, in Portland, Ind., to Cletus and Lou Ann Droesch Wellman. On June 17, 1978, he married Lois Herman, who survives.
Also surviving are four sons, Phillip (Crystal) Wellman and Peter Wellman, all of Celina, Patrick (Krystal) Wellman, Willshire, and Louis (Jennifer) Wellman, Rockford; a daughter, Cynthia (Jason) Endicott, Payne; two sisters, Jean Pax, Berne, Ind., and Linda (Ron) Post, Celina; and three grandchildren.
Deceased is a brother-in-law, Daniel Pax.
He worked at Fort Recovery Industries in Fort Recovery. He was a 1971 graduate of Fort Recovery High School. He was a member of the North American Hunting Club. He also was a member of St. Mary of the Presentation Catholic Church in Geneva, Ind.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the church, the Rev. Joseph Perera officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. today and 9-9:45 a.m. Tuesday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home in Fort Recovery.
