* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Burnice Davis
Burnice L. Davis, 94, Van Wert, died at 9:25 a.m. June 15, 2010, at Vancrest Health Care Center in Van Wert.
She was born Jan. 27, 1916, in Paulding County, to Guy and Mary Speer Ragan. On Aug. 28, 1949, she married Jack R. Davis, who died Sept. 2, 1984.
Surviving is a son, Charles Davis, Minster; a sister, Janice Johnson, Van Wert; a sister-in-law, Nina Ragan, Van Wert; two grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
Also deceased is a brother, Carl Ragan, and a sister, Muriel Yore.
She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Van Wert. She worked as a medical transcriptionist at St. Rita's Medical Center before retiring in 1993. She was a member of the Phoebe Circle of the United Methodist Women's Ministry, Hal Hunt Sunday School Class, TWIG II and Club 37. She also volunteered for Brumback Library, the Van Wert County Hospital Thrift Shop, the Van Wert County Historical Society and the church office. She also was a librarian for the church.
Funeral services are 10 a.m. Saturday at Woodland Cemetery in Van Wert.
Memorials can be made to Brumback Library.
