* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Ronald Rosengarten
Ronald P. "Butch" Rosengarten, 68, Celina, died at 2:15 a.m. June 11, 2010, at The Gardens at Celina.
He was born Feb. 28, 1942, in Coldwater, to Arnold and Margaret Fischer Rosengarten.
Surviving are two sons, Timothy (Mary) Rosengarten, Celina, and Chuck Rosengarten, Fort Lewis, Wash.; a daughter, Kim (Scott) Silver, Greenville, S.C.; a sister, Shirley (Fred) Haines, Montezuma; a brother-in-law, Thomas Clay, Mendon; and eight grandchildren.
Deceased are a sister, Marcia Clay; and an infant brother, Donald Rosengarten.
He was a retired Reynolds & Reynolds employee and a 1959 graduate of Immaculate Conception High School. His was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 5713 and American Legion Post 210, all of Celina.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Monday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Thomas Brenberger officiating. Burial will be at Dayton National Cemetery.
